Each item has a different bond amount, which acts as security in case of damage or late returns.

• Your bond will be refunded once the item is returned in its original condition.
• If your garment requires dry-cleaning, the cleaning cost will be deducted from your bond.
• Any permanent damage (such as stains, tears, or alterations) will result in a full reimbursement of the recommended retail price.

Once your item has been checked and approved as returned in its original condition, your bond will be refunded to your nominated account.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the bond to be processed.

Garments must be returned within 2 days of your event.

Late returns affect other customers’ bookings — so late fees will apply - please read Ts and Cs

If you’re posting your return, it must be shipped the day after your event.

• Cancellations must be made at least one month prior to your event for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within one month of your event are non-refundable.

Please be organised when booking to avoid disappointment — many of our items are in high demand!

Please do not attempt to repair or clean the garment yourself.

Damage includes (but is not limited to):

• Tears or rips
• Stains that can’t be removed
• Missing embellishments
• Alterations or changes to the garment’s fit

Try to book your outfit at least 1–2 months before your event to ensure availability and delivery on time.

We can’t stress how important it is to return on time.

You can either:

• Post it back the day after your event, or
• Drop it off in person (if applicable)

No, please don’t wash or dry-clean the garment. We’ll handle all the cleaning ourselves.
