How to become a vendor
We love expanding our collection and community. Here’s how to rent out your own pieces through Ek Din.

Step 1: Create a vendor account
Register and choose Vendor as your account type.

Step 2: Verify your email
Enter the code we email you, then sign in to your vendor dashboard.

Step 3: List your outfits
Add photos, sizing and model details. Each listing is approved by Ekdin before it goes live.

Step 4: Set up payouts
Connect Stripe from your vendor dashboard so rental payments can reach you.

Step 5: Accept bookings & try-ons
Approve bookings and try-on requests, hand the outfit over, get it back, then record the bond decision.

For every rental transaction, 85% of the rental fee goes to the vendor and 15% goes to EkDin (for platform maintenance, marketing, and operations).
Payments will be processed within 5 business days of the rental being completed and returned in good condition.
- Accurate listing details (size, colour, condition, and retail value).
- Clear, high-quality photos of your outfits.
- Items in good, wearable condition.
- Replies to renter or EkDin messages within 2 business days.
- Prompt notice if an item becomes unavailable due to damage, sale, or personal use.
Vendors may choose whether they would like to offer shipping or pickup only, and may choose to allow try-on appointments.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their lehengas are clean and presentable for each rental. We recommend dry cleaning or lightly spraying with methylated spirits after each use to maintain hygiene and freshness.
Any major damage or stains must be communicated to EkDin immediately. EkDin is not liable for damage, loss, or theft but will assist in resolving disputes fairly between parties.
Vendors may remove or pause their listings at any time by notifying EkDin.
